Never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully in my life. Bartender ignored us..hostess was on her phone and manager or whoever he was was an incompetent, rude, disrespectful jerk! Never again! Overpriced and overrated! 👎🏼👎🏼
We normally go to Chops to celebrate special occasions, however, this last time will have to be the LAST time we reserve a table. Besides our seating arrangement being moved at the last minute from the dining area to the bar where they sat us at a table made for two with our party of 4, it took 25 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Unfortunately the one and only time I have eaten there, it was highly recommended. The cocktails were top notch, the meal and service was mediocre, was quite busy and food was dry, not very warm and took over an hour to receive our meal. For what dinner for a family of 5 cost, should have been far better
