Asked for double char, delivered fantastic cowboy steak!! Giddy up
I've been to this restaurant several times but can no longer accept their declining service and inattention to detail. The past visit my $72 steak was undercooked and the manager declined to do anything about it. My wife who has Celiac and cannot eat gluten was served a salad with croutons despite us mentioning her severe allergy several times. I've written multiple e-mails to them which received no response.
