When in Florida, Chop's never disappoints and simply cannot be outdone. The cuisine meets the highest standards and the front of house service treats everyone like the regular guest they soon become.
Made reservation, finally seated 15 minutes late and after many people complained that they were nit getting seated. We were never seated at a table but in a booth in overflow by the kitchen. No one came to us and the floor smelled so bad like wet mildew because of the rubber mat at the pass window, we got up and left. Told them at the hostess stand and they didnt seem to care. We went across the street instead. Sad to say we were regulars, but no longer.
Once again the best service and steak! Devin was attentive and delivered the true Chops experience. Thank you once again for a great Naples experience.
Andy was wonderful and I will invite all my friends and family to eat here. Good job Chops.
