Services I really enjoy Dr. Chopra and my visits are very laid back and professional. However, in his Wilmington office he has no clue what is going on with his receptionist staff. One in particular is so not trained to do the job. I have been trying to get insurance approval since February. I already know the answer but can not get my calls returned. Actually this person has them forwarded to her own phone. So, when you call there you would never guess it is a dentist office. Wake up Maany!!!!
Best dentist out there! Great conversations Dr. Chopra and Staff are extremely polite and professional. Dental work is amazing! You cannot go wrong here I actually enjoy going to the dentist!
