Very first time doing business with Chopard, very impressed with their brand. We knew what we wanted, we went approach Melissa Rincon, she was helpful informative and very knowledgeable of the brand and watches in general. We were told that the watch we want it was discontinued but she was going to check with Switzerland’s office for one last and very remote opportunity to perhaps get one.
