Worst of the worst customer service for a luxury brand. Their service is comparable to 99 cents stores. I was very shocked there is even a store in south coast plaza that can treat customers as bad as their sales. When I asked if there is a different color of the strap so I can try on, she said, if you buy it, I’ll change it for you, and give you the strap for free. For my birthday, I wandered in to look at the pieces as I have admired them for a long time. Lorraine greeted me instantly upon my entrance and made me feel so welcome with her calm and gentle presence. She showed me the Ice Cube collection, rings and bracelets. She was so patient and kind and really gave me the full experience. We looked at different options for the 4 mm ring, both white gold and rose gold.
