Nice, quiet, clean and relaxing. A great place to call home. 8yrs and its still a great place to call home. Front office is always responsive to tenant needs as is maintenanc.
My family and I have had a wonderful experience living at Chopaka in Issaquah. The management and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive and truly go above and beyond to make this feel like home. My wife and I lived there for 13 years. It was a very nice home for us. Piia and her maintenance crew always did a great job whenever we had questions or needed something to be fixed.
I've been living at Chopaka for the past 6 years and I really love it here. The management is SO responsive and they really care about making sure to take care of any issues immediately. Piia is so kind and really cares about the people that live here. Her communication about things going on in the complex are so timely. I've been a resident at Chopaka for more than 8 years and could not be happier. The property manager and her staff are exemplary. Piia is kind, personable, and genuinely caring about the tenants. She has always been prompt to respond to any concerns, requests for improvements or replacements, and always very quick to respond to emails. I love living here in this wooded oasis.
