We had a great experience living at Chopaka. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-maintained, making it feel like home from the start. One of the biggest advantages is its location—being so close to the old city center made everything incredibly convenient, whether it was commuting, dining, or just exploring the area. Nice, quiet, clean and relaxing. A great place to call home. 8yrs and its still a great place to call home. Front office is always responsive to tenant needs as is maintenanc.
My family and I have had a wonderful experience living at Chopaka in Issaquah. The management and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive and truly go above and beyond to make this feel like home. My wife and I lived there for 13 years. It was a very nice home for us. Piia and her maintenance crew always did a great job whenever we had questions or needed something to be fixed.
