Absolutely HORRIBLE hack job done to our tree. They came through and did our neighborhood. Extremely rude to the neighbor who approached asking about the job they were doing to his tree, telling him to "Mind his own business" on his own personal property with his tree. I wish I could post a picture. Our tree will certainly die after their service. Clearly they know nothing about actually caring for trees. Their company name should be HACK.
This company was in Northern Michigan the very next day after power went out during the ice storm of 2025. Thank you for responding so quickly to people in need. Your efforts were recognized. Thank you from the many people impacted by the weather of Northern Michigan.
If your reading this buckle up and hang on for the ride because my yard looks like a lumberjack had a baby with a beaver and then abandoned the kid in my azaleas. IThe utility company hired "Chop" (more like "Flop," amiright?) to remove a tree of a power line. This company is the worst, they did some work in my yard and not only did they kill a tree and leave it for us to take down at a later date, they left hours worth or work in clean up of branches they left in the yard and in the street. after the companies reply I sent them further info via email, a couple of days later I received a call from a company rep and it would appear that my review and rating of one star is far to generous. This is now a do not use at any cost rating
