If your reading this buckle up and hang on for the ride because my yard looks like a lumberjack had a baby with a beaver and then abandoned the kid in my azaleas. IThe utility company hired "Chop" (more like "Flop," amiright?) to remove a tree of a power line. This company is the worst, they did some work in my yard and not only did they kill a tree and leave it for us to take down at a later date, they left hours worth or work in clean up of branches they left in the yard and in the street. after the companies reply I sent them further info via email, a couple of days later I received a call from a company rep and it would appear that my review and rating of one star is far to generous. This is now a do not use at any cost rating
Chop cut trees for Consumers Energy along my property line. They left branches and brush debris in my yard, destroying curb appeal and making work for me, who has to clean up their mess. Update: Service Manager is going to send crews out to clean up area. They are just behind their tree cutters.
Hopefully, they are at least quick, because they are too busy to yield to pedestrians in the cross walk. Luckily, no one was hit.
Chop came though last September and did damage to my home and they still won't return calls. Very unprofessional would not recommend EDIT 8 months later and still nothing.... This company is trash!
