We went the other night for our anniversary. Almost no words to describe our amazing evening! Food 10 staff off the charts everything was more than perfect! The happy Anniversary card at the end just topped off what was already the greatest dinning experience of my life.

I have always been more than happy with the food/service /atmosphere at Chop. However this last filet was not the steak it used to be. It looked and tasted like a prepackaged frozen steak from the discount food store. Reading past reviews I'm not the only one. I did mention it and was offered a cake, but that does not fix the problem about the quality of steak. I might go back, but not for the filet.
Last night, we visited for my girlfriend's birthday, and the staff created an exceptional experience for us. Everyone was highly professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was excellent, and they even provided a complimentary item because it was our first visit. They decorated our dessert for her birthday and gave us a card signed by the staff wishing her a happy birthday. We will definitely be back!
I have been to Chop a few times, but this last experience was the best! After a 6 hour drive from Calgary, my spouse and I wanted a nice casual night close to our room for dinner. Coming into achop, we were greeted and sat quickly and met our wonderful server Charissa. Right off the bat, she was so sweet and open to chat with us.
