Had an awesome experience, considering the situation. Our daughter went in with so much anxiety due to past attempts to remove a foreign body from her ear and they finally said she would need to have it removed surgically so we chose to go to the Bucks location (so glad we did). The staff was amazing and put our daughter to ease, the process was so relaxed. While there we didn't hear one child cry which to me says a whole lot especially because it’s just for children. We were here today for a plastic surgery consultation. The location was so much more convenient than the city. The check in staff and the doctor were fantastic. I have no fears that my daughter will be in the best possible hands and look forward to her surgery!
Dr’s and staff are amazing. Procedure went quickly, smoothly and everyone was wonderful.
Wait time was horrible, appointment was at noon, it's now after 1 and we are still waiting to see doc, thought I could pull my son out of school, have quick appointment, grab lunch and get him back to school.
We love it here. Will drive the extra time for the ease of location, friendly office staff, knowledgable doctors and specialists who know just what to do to put helicopter moms like me at ease. Audiologists are amazing and we have never had a bad experience at this location!!!!
