I love every experience I have with the Chop Shop staff. Their passion shows in everything they do, and they're always finding exciting new products, brands and education to keep them current and educated. Kelsey is the only person in the Burlington area I will trust with my hair, both cut and color! Love you guys!!!
Jessica Boutin saves the day. I had a hair color emergency. She got me right in and, not only gave me the color I really wanted but did it without further destroying my hair. She's great at what she does.

Experienced terrible customer service and left with basically the same hair color I came in with, which was not what had been discussed. No refunds or free of charge follow up appointments were offered. Instead, I was offered to come back and pay more money than the original estimate, by a very snooty manager. Check the Yelp reviews to see similar issues.
I visited this salon for the first time on Saturday! My good friend, Jessica Boutin, recently started working here... she's been doing my hair for nearly 10 years and is a fabulous hairdresser/stylist. The staff and manager on duty were all very friendly and I had a great experience. Highly recommend Jess - we tried something different this time and I'm looking forward to the pictures being posted. My cut and color are fantastic!
