I've been going to Toni off and on for the majority of my life and she's fabulous! I had been letting my hair grow out for about 2 years now and needed a change so Toni took my boring hair and turned it into a purple lovers dream! And the best part? Even after bleaching and dyeing my hair feels healthier now than it did when I walked in the doors for my appointment!
