The Chop House has always been a Knoxville favorite. You can’t beat the taste and value of their Prime Rib Sandwich. And the Chopped Salad is one of a kind. For the past three years my wife and I only go on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays because Kimmie at the bar gives first rate service. If you want to change something up or add something, it’s never a problem for Kimmie. So many restaurants get stuck in their corporate mandated menus.
