Chef Pailin is one of the best cooks I've ever worked with. You can't go wrong!
A friend and I had a delicious lunch here today. We shared Pho & the Kale Mushroom Rice Bowl. It was delicious. Great atmosphere as well and very friendly staff. I am so glad there is a restaurant like this downtown ♥

My wife and I were traveling through Ukiah and stopped in Chop Chop for lunch because it looked cute and had an interesting menu. When we walked in we were cheerfully greeted by the bartender and asked to sit where ever we wanted. The place was about 70% full so we sat at the beautiful bar. The place is sparsely but thoughtfully decorated with attention to small details. The menu was small but very interesting. I ate here last night with my wife and was very impressed with the great flavor and very reasonable prices, food and drinks for under $25! Plus great beer on tap!
