We had terrible service and the food took over an hour and it was cold

Hi Michelle, I'm so sorry about your experience yesterday. We had an employee go to the hospital and it threw everything into disarray. It seemed manageable at the time but then things got behind. Please know this is NOT an experience you should expect to have at Chop Chop!

Great cocktail class- thoroughly enjoyed myself. The instructor was just great - really fun!
Being a Sunday afternoon, I should have known better. Was empty, and for good reason. Must do good alcohol business, because the food was terrible. Pokè salad with sushi grade tuna. (Sushi grade my arse, huge fat veins, spitting out a lot) BUY REAL TUNA. Menu looks GREAT, but the finished product is sub-standard. Frozen bun material, yuck �. No bueno. My boyfriend and I used to love this place, but the portions/quality is never the same, the prices went up, and last time we went we ordered 3 burgers without sauce and they came with sauce. Not a big deal, we took them back. Apparently they were too lazy to remake our food though because the burgers came back to us with sauce still on the buns, as if they'd just tried to wipe it off, rather than give us new buns. We shouldn't have to ask twice to have our food made right when it's THEIR mistake.
