Choo Choo Express serves you delicious Japanese and Korean style dishes, made fresh and cooked to order on our hibachi grills. Don't forget to try out our famous yellow sauce; a great addition to all of our meals. We deliver too! Choo Choo Express EASTSIDE delivers to East Athens including UGA campus. $10 minimum on all deliveries. (Sorry, but at this time, there is not a location that delivers to downtown or to the residents near MLK/North Ave/Prince Ave)

The food we ordered made my friend very sick. Then the food just didn't taste right at all. This was one of my favorite place to eat when I would come to Athens. The night everything happened we called and let the coo choos staff member know. They said to bring the receipt and they would make it right. We came back with the receipt asking if we could get the money back for our food. She said let me call the owner. Did have great coupons. but even without them the price is still good for the amount of food you get. Have never had a problem out of them. Except i went to call the other day and it said the number had been disconnected so i just ordered somewhere else.

Choo Choo is OK The Gyoza is very good but the yakisoba is not authentic at all. It has the wrong type of noodles, wrong sauce, and then they try to slip zucchini in I guess to replace the pickled ginger? It was a disappointment. Plus they charge an extra $1 fee which is not including the tip to deliver to UGA.

Yummy! Don't let the name fool you... this is no train depot. Choo Choo has some great Asian cuisine. Some friends and I split an order of edamame and each went for separate dishes. Everything tasted great! It looks like they do a lot of takeout though, and there were a ton of young people when we were there. The booths were all a little dirty - probably because they were so busy. I'd go back here to eat again.
Great for a late night meal. Bibimbob is great. Open to 4 am
