Had a lovely experience, would definitely recommend it!
People rave about this restaurant, but, really, it was just average. Chips with salsa and seasoned bean dip to start. The menu is very varied. I tried the spinach enchiladas...which needed to have more sauce. These were served with rice and a cup of just-cooked seasoned brothy beans with diced tomatoes and onions.... sometimes called "frijoles a la charra" Sometimes good service might make up for the food. I hadn't been to this restaurant in quite some time. The food had been enjoyable in the past so I thought I'd try it again. I got my food to go. I requested a #4 Combo which is 2 Enchiladas and a hard-shell taco with rice and beans. I asked that my enchiladas & taco be chicken with green sauce on top of the enchiladas instead of a traditional red sauce.
