Dr Chong and his staff are the best!
It’s been a month since I received my scleral contact lenses. My left eye was 20/200. I can see again. Thank you Dr Chong for your patience and giving me a new life and a big shout out to the ladies (sorry i cannot remember your names ) that help me with my fitting. Truly awesome service all around.
Hello to all current and new customers. Let me start off by saying that I was blown away by the results The optometrist here was able to provide for me. I have a condition with my eyes and the contacts that they got me gave me 20/25 vision I have to say i am very happy and impressed I thought I wouldn’t be able to see clearly again I am 34 years old and I can see perfect well close to perfect as can be. I highly recommend this office also the staff were great help Erica top notch.
I guess a lot of people have issues with the customer service, but my past experiences at this eye doctor office have been fine. Dr. Chong always give out roses, which is very sweet. I have good vision insurance (Eye med), so I’ve been able to find affordable designer glasses here- from Tiffany’s to Swarovski. I’ve been able to build a nice little collection from 2020-2025. I hope to go back for some Prada glasses next year.
