Doctors are very friendly and professional. Staff is very polite and helpful. I've been coming here for the past 6 years and i always have a great experience with them.

Been coming here for a while but recently had a bad experience with the frames I ordered. The leg frame would pull my hair every time I took them off, called them to see if I can switch the glasses and they said all they could do was try and “adjust” them. I asked what my other option was and they said they could order another frame but it would have to be the same one. Dr Chong has been the optometrist for my fam. For 20+ years. Now I think I need glasses, I made an appt. For Thursday the receptionist made it for Wednesday and when I arrived I was charged a $20.00 for no show. The receptionist allegation was “you said you needed it ASAP that is why I made it for Wednesday” and Dr. Chong stated “That is our policy now and that is why we are still in business after Covid” I called at 3:30 pm and their policy is you must cancell the same day you make the appt. very disappointed on the approac... read more
