I was belittled by the staff, they basically called me a liar and couldn’t care less about my reason for re scheduling. I can’t argue with someone that doesn’t have the capacity to understand what an emergency situation is. This was my to go place, for over 20 years, the one time I called to reschedule they told me I was going to be charged a fee . My emergency was not planned , not intentional.
