I guess a lot of people have issues with the customer service, but my past experiences at this eye doctor office have been fine. Dr. Chong always give out roses, which is very sweet. I have good vision insurance (Eye med), so I’ve been able to find affordable designer glasses here- from Tiffany’s to Swarovski. I’ve been able to build a nice little collection from 2020-2025. I hope to go back for some Prada glasses next year.
Doctors are very friendly and professional. Staff is very polite and helpful. I've been coming here for the past 6 years and i always have a great experience with them.

Been coming here for a while but recently had a bad experience with the frames I ordered. The leg frame would pull my hair every time I took them off, called them to see if I can switch the glasses and they said all they could do was try and “adjust” them. I asked what my other option was and they said they could order another frame but it would have to be the same one.
