I enjoyed coming here and I'm thankful for meeting with Doctor Cholula for help as a male struggling with identity and growth issues. As a person of color and ethnicity he helped me gain confidence and understanding in myself with very thoughtful and practical application of his practice. No immediate jump into psychiatry - very minor CBT routines helped me immensely.
