Best place and nice
The girls look like they hate cutting hair. There is no real interaction between the customer and them. I asked for scissor on top, literally took 3 snippets and cut the rest with the machine cause she was lazy. Not really taken care of. A bit disorganized and dirty. It looks like they don't care about their hygiene because they don't clean their scissors and machines from other people's hair.
