Dr. Choski is a great doctor. My husband and I both go to him for any gastroenterology needs. He helps you understand the procedure before and after.
Always professional and goes above and beyond. Wonderful personality and makes himself available. Both my husband and myself wouldn’t go see anyone else. A “10+” in our book!
I did not receive any answers at all. He was rude, quick, and was completely unhelpful. Did not answer any questions I had.
Completely arrogant! Wouldn’t recommend this person if he was the last dr on the planet.
Long wait times, not great bedside manners
I received a call from Dr. Choksi’s office to schedule my colonoscopy but when asked regarding my consult appointment, I was told my insurance does not cover. I later learned that was not true. I was asked to arrive at the hospital for my procedure at 10:00 am and I did just that. Well unbeknownst to me, there were 6 patients ahead of me after inquiring at 11:30 am. This doctor does not have any regard for his patients. You wait on average an hour for your appointment and this last appointment for procedure we waited over an hour to be called and was told that doctor had not even arrived yet. I’m now being told at 4 o’clock (1 o’clock appointment) that it’ll be another few hours. Terrible treatment of patients. From what I can tell doctor stacks them all up, arrives late and then he isn’t inconvenienced with waiting.
Saw Dr Choksi in 1988 for a stomach ulcer.One bottle of perscription meds , his teaching on diet and management and it has never reoccured.He has done my routine colonoscopies over the years.Had a polyp removed several years ago,that he kept a check on.When some labs elevated ,who did this simi retired nurse trust to care for her, after seeing this physician care for his patients ? Yes ,me .He is an awesome teacher doctor with a very caring manner . You hear it from others in the waiting Room
There is no better GI to be found. I have gone to Dr. Choksi for over 20 years and he has had to treat for ulcers, obstructions and total pancreatectomy. He is absolutely the best, and kindest Doctor you will have have the privilege to meet.
