Worst property manager I have ever interacted with. I cannot tell you how many issues we had with him that were due to a combination of dishonesty and pure incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL KAZ

Michael Kaz is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. He was uncommunicative and when he was in contact it was mainly just a lie so he could create a fake scenario to charge us a fee. He had remodels happen for the first 1/4 of our lease. When we let him know it was an inconvenience with the dust because of the cheap contractor he hired to do the work - he told us we should be grateful for the $70000 remodel (fake number) Of course he then stole our security deposit.
