Terrible experience would not recommend; very unprofessional. Support the cause however the customer service is poor as well as the leadership which would explain why the customer service is subpar.

drove 3 hours from mississippi. for nothign. couldnt confirm my insurance status. felt extremly embarased. standing their at the front counter like an idiot. waited over a month for this appointment. spouse took off work. cost us to lose over $100 of thier pay check. kids missed school. all to be told i would have to reshedual and wait untill next month. spouse felt embarased aswell as the lady at the front desk asked if she was my mother. i strongly feel like she did this becuase my spouse was filling out the forms for me. ... read more
