Absolutely delighted with the service the quality and the efficiency very professional and the people that served me were very nice and very informative. So happy with the quality of the carpet and it was also done so quickly. Great prices I am extremely happy customer and when I have to change some more carpet, I’ll be going with these guys. Matt and his team,2 years ago provided excelllent service.He recommended samples to our scheme.Also assisted us with another tradie for our needs. His team attend on time and completed the works in a clean and polite manner. We were very pleased and thankful.
From the time we entered the store we were helped with our choice so much by a very patient Millie. Matthew came to measure up and quote and Zac and Ned worked hard with the installation. Couldn't be happier with the service and workmanship from start to finish. Seamless. Highly recommend a local company who have been in business for so long with good reason.
Bad customer service. Went to have a look at flooring options, the receptionist has no idea whatsoever, lazy and didn’t move away for her desk , I actually don’t even know how she can still be working there, and when I dealt with the sales rep Matt he was nice, but just left me hanging around in the showroom, I ended up choosing a vinyl I liked , he said take it home make sure it’s what you are after as they have them in stock and to call him if I decided to go with that vinyl.
