Totally unacceptable customer service (there is no option to select 0 star)! The store personnel advised that they carried the requested product samples and that we can pick up the samples from this store. Within the same week of our enquiry and the store personnel's response, we went to collect the requested product samples. We did three rooms spotted gum parquetry, and it looks amazing. Wilson was very nice and patient with me, gave good price and no hidden extra fees. Sean was very skilled with our awkward corners and round column. Highly recommend this company.
