We had our solar system installed by Sustainable Solar Services just recently. Everything went very well. The technician came out for site inspection is very professional as well as the staff in the office. Even though we had heaps and heaps of stupid questions to ask, they are so friendly and answered every single question in detail. Highly recommand SSS to everyone. Also one of the staff - Joyce is from Taiwan and she could speak mandarin and helped me a lot with technical questions. Thank you very much guys :) !!
About a year and a half ago we embarked on replacing our old 1kWh system with a new system. Contacted a number of different companies via email and/or web enquiry with what I was looking to do. Matt from Sustainable Solar Service was the only one to get back to me with a solution to what we were looking to do, and not just to try and sell us a system.
