I am amazed that this place is still open.... The fact that it is just proves that anything is possible. The only reason I gave them one star is because that is the only way I could post this comment. If you are sick and need medical treatment - please seek professional medical assistance.
these people do not answer their phone and do not return messages the mailbox is full I suspect they are out of business
I became a patient at Choices in January. Rhea was my NP and she was great. She made me feel very comfortable and her bedside manner was impeccable. I had some blood work done and went back for my followup and thats when I learned all the staff had been replaced. I was not happy. None of the staff were familiar with my chart. They asked me information they should have known by reading up on my last visit. They weren't even aware of what I was following up on.
