Called multiple times and received a commitment for a quote but never received. No return calls or texts. Firm is not a professional firm.
Called to obtain a quote on residential exterior window cleaning. Was told $5 a window and was told Choice would call me the day before so I could remove my screens. A week goes by without any communication. I called back on a Thursday and Choice said they could do the next day, Friday. They even asked when I would prefer on Friday, and I said in the afternoon.
