I had just gotten a new job and needed to relocate quickly. The entire process was seamless, from the initial inquiry through unloading the last box. They helped me prepare and label, and even offered me temporary storage for a few extra days. I don't know how to express my gratitude to them!

This was a move that included an old piano. This company didn't ask me for access shots up front, but quoted me a special fee. They brought the piano board, straps and extra assistance for just the piano on the day of the move. It was the slowest part of the day, but they did make it down and into the new place without any damage!
Renting an apartment was quite a different experience from living in a loft, and if it did not have an elevator, there were very narrow staircases. I was really concerned about getting my big desk and dresser to them. But the team arrived with a superb plan, and left no footprint on walls or floors. They brought corner protectors to prevent paint from breaking. Their professionalism was outstanding!
The relocation involved 3 stops, and I had Choice Van Line movers handle it based on a friend's recommendation. They were well prepared, communicated clearly and did everything according to our instructions. No mix-ups occurred. Excellent service from them!
When it comes to moving into this historic third-floor brownstone without an elevator and the impossibly steep spiral staircase that leads up to it, you can't make it up. They carefully considered how to maneuver my bulky, awkward sectional sofa, removing the feet & tilting it to angles I couldn't have imagined. They never said there was no elevator or how hot it got; they just kept the pace going nicely right up to the last heavy box.
I had a box of delicate decorations that I was scared to break. All the ornaments were wrapped up in paper and then carefully put in the front cabin.
We had to move during a big snowstorm and were so stressed about the cold temperatures and icy sidewalks. The crew came with shovels and salt and worked tirelessly to clear a safe path from our front door to the truck despite the freezing wind. They ensured that we did not get our belongings wet or lose them, as they would promptly wipe the boxes down if there were snow on them.
Our move took place in an extremely small apartment complex where there were rules about when to reserve loading docks, elevator time, and parking spots. The team that moved in was very professional; they followed all the guidelines as laid out by the building and liaised with the property manager to ensure we did not obstruct communal areas. They saved us from getting hit with any building violation fines.
