They were professional and knew what to do with the heavy items such as our washing machine and refrigerator. They had appropriate equipment and straps; I felt confident. Extra Labor hours caused slightly higher than expected prices.

I wasn't confident about using movers, but the way they used packing materials to pack all my fragile items made a huge difference. All my things were covered and secured properly before being taken out, not just picked up and moved as they were. Once I reached the new place, there wasn't any issue with any item, and I was able to unpack easily.

A friend told me about this company, and I decided to give it a try for my relocation. James and the crew arrived ready to go and didn't waste any time getting started on the work. It was a relief to see how they moved my belongings without any issues or setbacks throughout the morning. I had to move out of the fourth floor with stairs and limited space in the hallways. Instead of complaining, the team just worked out a system that worked for the building. I live in an older building with narrow hallways and tight doorways, but they managed to move carefully. They didn't make it seem like a problem, even though it clearly made the work harder. My move involved a lot of smaller rooms that could have easily become a mess during the loading process. They managed that by grouping the boxes based on where they needed to land at the new property. They didn't ask for constant input and just focused on getting the vehicle packed in a way that made sense for the drive. It was a solid experience.
