if I could have the choice of giving them Zero Start, I will go for it. In 2015 I applied to Westland Gardens condominium through this company and 4 years later, after trespassing ********* to the following companies, any of papers have been found forcing to reapply with all the documentation and fees required. The worst! On top of that, the current company wants me to pay the fees without assuming the full responsibilityâ?? of not reviewing or auditing the documents for the entire condominium and now are asking the resident... read more

Our company has not managed this property for over 4 years as stated by Ms. ****** All documents were turned over to the company that took over for us per Florida Statute. This fact was explained to Ms. ****** however it is her opinion that we should still be in possession of documents that legally we can not be in. Unfortunately, this condominium has had 3 or 4 different management companies after us. What the companies that followed us have done with the documents is beyond our knowledge and control. This property management company manages the Country Club of Miami Condominiums and they are totally unresponsive. It takes weeks to get a response, if any, to communications regarding condo association responsibilities.
