I have a rental property in the Hearthstone neighborhood that was devastated by the floods. I hired a contractor to start repairs but got red-tagged by the city flood dept saying I needed to prove value before completing construction. I was referred to this company by another appraiser. I was pleased with the over all experience i had and the appraiser that came to the home was helpful in answering my questions. Will use again if need arises.

I've only ever worked with home appraisal companies that were sent out by banks - both of those appraisers were very short seemed like they hated their jobs. We needed an appraisal on an estate in Houston and I expected to go through the same unpleasant experience. Surprisingly, the gentleman that arrived from Choice Point was very pleasant. The performed an entire portfolio of appraisals for us within a 1 week time frame and delivered everything we needed to make logical decisions in our case. A+
