I would have given this company 0 stars but I wasn't given that option. You can pay some utility bills online with Choice Pay. I paid ONG using their service. Their website gave me the standard payment option. I clicked the payment button and got an error message stating my transaction could not be processed. Like any normal person, I tried again and got the same response. I didn't think anything of it then 2 days later I checked by banking information online.
