Absolutely horrible, Karl was horrible to me. This was so frustrating as it was my first time and he was so rude.
What's the point in being a car dealer if you sit on your butt, demand over retail (book) prices, and fix nothing to resell a vehicle. Anyone can say they are a dealer apparently. I'm giving people this advice so your hard earned money isn't wasted. You would be better served if you found an owner selling a vehicle with records. Dealers like this make other small car dealers look bad as well. Very unprofessional and arrogant folks here!
My son purchased a car thru them. Not a week later it had leaked all the anti-freeze out and overheated. The cause was a slow leak at the hoses. I brought this to the attention of Dave Osborn who was the person my son had dealt with. He stated that there was no way it was leaking when we purchased because it took so long to leak out. Again, it was a SLOW leak. We asked if they would assist in the cost of the repairs. They declined. We had other work done at the same time. We did not expect them to help with the other work.
