Stinks and is filthy! They have a makeshift physical therapy room in the back of the office. It is small and they have 2 therapy tables separated by curtains and a desk in the room The curtains and the therapy tables are filthy. The room smells terrible. The therapist gave me a folded up towel to put my head on as the therapy table was sticky and dirty. They need to be investigated and this room needs to be shut down.
