This company didn’t help me at all. Lied on me Kim discharged me and I got a new wound yesterday they refused to come look at it. Holiday weekend. They don’t care. Taylor lied about their services too
Poor. This company didn’t really do anything for me. When I got a new wound they discharged me and would not come look at the new wiund. In 2 months I didn’t get a shower they claimed I turned down a shower which is a lie. The girl Laticia called me once after waiting 2 months and told me she was on the west side and couldn’t make it. I said ok this was on a Friday. I asked if she could come the weekend she said no. The next week she was on vacation and wouldn’t be back until after Memorial Day. Most people do not realize you have a "choice" when in need of home health care. It is a law- you must be offered a choice of home care agency by the hospital, skilled nursing facility or doctors offices. My Grandmother has had three strokes in the past year. She has now been home for 21/2 months and we used Choice Matters for a 24 hour live in nurse and she is a godsend, absolutely amazing plus the therapist that come to the house are wonderful. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!!!!

I must tell you, no one wants to be in the position of having to need home healthcare, but if ever you do, this outfit is top notch. I was referred to a different agency by my insurance company, one that was totally unreachable. I personally reached out to Choice Matters and they responded quickly, over a weekend I might add, and started taking outstanding care of me that very next day.
