Our family had a very disappointing experience with Choice Hospice. Our family member, who is oxygen-dependent, revoked services more than two weeks ago because of ongoing staffing issues. We had already done the work ourselves to find an oxygen company compatible with Humana and Medicare, so all Choice Hospice needed to do was send the order. Everyone has been so kind during our hospice experience with our family!
I chose Choice Hospice for my Mom because of the wonderful Director Jennifer. I was disappointed when her Boss Heather called me to happily announce that Jennifer was fired. Unprofessional, inappropriate and unnecessary. Heather was far too happy about Jennifer being fired. In a Corporate world you don't just out of the blue fire someone of Jennifer's Caliber. It felt personal to me. So I fired Choice because I no longer felt Mom was safe without Jennifer. I definitely don't recommend this Company.
James Smith is a professional, sincere, trustworthy individual who answered all my questions and assisted with my concerns. He made the best recommendations and made me feel a very important person
