I chose Choice Hospice for my Mom because of the wonderful Director Jennifer. I was disappointed when her Boss Heather called me to happily announce that Jennifer was fired. Unprofessional, inappropriate and unnecessary. Heather was far too happy about Jennifer being fired. In a Corporate world you don't just out of the blue fire someone of Jennifer's Caliber. It felt personal to me. So I fired Choice because I no longer felt Mom was safe without Jennifer. I definitely don't recommend this Company.
James Smith is a professional, sincere, trustworthy individual who answered all my questions and assisted with my concerns. He made the best recommendations and made me feel a very important person
Sadly, my 95-year-old father took a fall on a bus because of the negligence of the driver. My husband and I drove up to Las Vegas, where he moved from the VA Hospital to a rehab center. He was barely there a week and then to our shock we got a call one day saying that he needed hospice-he was not moved from the facility, but Choice came to us. I love the information that Trina and her team shared with our family. Trina is the sweetest most loving person ever. Her patience and calmness while listening to our concerns is amazing. Her suggestions and guidance will help us as we navigate this facet of life. Thank you for your kindness and empathy you showed my family. I would not hesitate to send people your way. This company is amazing from the first person we spoke to and everyone after. We felt their genuine support and guidance throughout every step.
