Beware if you’re looking to chose this company if your loved one has Pulmonary Fibrosis. They’ll treat them as if they have COPD, which are not even close to similar. They are not at all educated about PF. His nurse Emerald was good for ordering the meds he needed in a timely manner but that’s about it. We were told at one point they were not going to provide my dad with anymore oxygen tanks and to “go to the hospital to be weaned off of oxygen or to discharge himself from hospice”. My Mother was on hospice with Choice. The best decision her doctor could have suggested. All of the staff was curious and kind. The nurses were so compassionate, the Chaplain was very nice and the Social Service person was also nice and helpful, and last but not least the Nurses Aid was so compassionate and caring and can't sing her praises enough. I love them all. They really cared for my Mother with such kindness. We the children really truly appreciated all Choice did. I would recommend Choice Hospice to everyone I know.
They were very caring for my 88 year old mother until her last days. I was especially happy that they worked well with the staff at Greenbriar Nursing facility to provide her with the best care possible. That was a relief to our family. Chaplin Moore still reaches out to our family four months after her death. They are caring people
