Great people and great caregivers!
I’m not sure if it was because it was a holiday weekend but I was not impressed with the in-hospital hospice care from choice. After getting my wife into hospice care on Friday Afternoon on Saturday a nurse from choice showed up and checked her out, then Sunday the chaplain stopped by and the social worker, but she was new and a weekend fill-in so she couldn’t answer any questions about moving my wife to a care facility or home. Everyone I've encountered at Choice has been a pleasure to work with.
I have used Choice 2022 and 2023, 2023 was horrible appointment not timely. Services inTyler were good when moved Longview it was terrible. I rate Longview coverage as 3.5 late appointment and quality of people
Staff ok, but the durable med company sent out old, outdated & dirty equipment. I would not recommend Choice Hospice to anyone after my experience.
