I listed my home on MLS using a fixed fee real estate agency. Mr. Robert Earl of the Choice Homes Team found my listing and SMS/Text Message robo-spammed me, under the guise of soliciting a "showing" (he was actually soliciting a listing). I texted him back twice saying the home had been sold. I left a voicemail last week. No, that did not stop the messages (now four). I believe that he would not be the agent you'd want representing you in a sale~!
