This has been the worst home health company I have ever experienced. In my opinion, there is a serious lack of accountability, and patient care does not appear to be the priority. Patients are accepted onto service, but visits are delayed or never happen. Nurses frequently do not show up as scheduled, leaving patients without the care they were promised.
