Our family lost two family members within 4 months of each other. Roxy and the nurses were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that our loved ones were comfortable until the very end. They were informative, never rushed and absolutely cared! Thank you to Choice Health, Roxy and the nurses! Forever grateful for providing all of us some peace.
