Was told they were good. Ha. If I could give a zero I would. Their nurse failed to communicate or show up, their administration gave me the runaround when I called asking apparently too many questions. Then got hung up on. Tried calling back and they didn’t answer but sent me to their answering service! Contract terminated never will refer them to anyone.

We recently lost my mother in law and Choice was amazing through the whole process. Our nurse Roxy went above and beyond in the care of mom. We are forever grateful for the care and love provided. Roxy made us feel like family from the beginning of the journey. Thank you again !

Our family lost two family members within 4 months of each other. Roxy and the nurses were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that our loved ones were comfortable until the very end. They were informative, never rushed and absolutely cared!
