Choice Contracting went above and beyond with my new roof installation. Jacob and Devin stayed in touch throughout the entire process, and the crew that put the new roof on, did an excellent job and cleanup. I cannot recommend their services enough! They are courteous, prompt, and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with these gentlemen.
Within a week we received our estimate, and the Roof is already finished. Jacob & Devin were knowledgeable at our estimate and very very professional. They came with a folder showing their business/insurance certifications. We will also be getting our fascia/gutters installed and I’m sure it will look just as great as this roof does! The roof also comes with some awesome warranties. I don’t think we could have picked a better company. Especially coming into this blind as we just moved from Illinois. Instead of calling to gain knowledge on the issue at hand, and try to resolve the issue; the guy wants to call me and ask why a negative review was left on Google because that affects his children. When I called for a consultation, I informed them of what type of material that I had. If they couldn’t do the job, they shouldn’t have scheduled an appointment. Devin and Jacob come out to see what it would take to stop the roof on my back deck from leaking . And they asked why we didn't just get a hold of the ones who built our deck to fix it well obviously the ones who did won't pickup up our calls or return them because that's why he had to contact choice contracting obviously! and then they inform us they don't deal with metal roofing but yet your a roofing contractor ?
