I have been going to Choice Chiropractic and Wellness Center for 2 months. I started going there because I had enough of the neck and shoulder pain. My shoulders were like two bricks and have been that way for years! They get worse when it is cold outside! I have been seeing Ashley, she is awesome. My first appointment with her was a full exam addressing all my chiropractic needs. I've felt comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was thoroughly explained & the staff is so warm & friendly. I also think it's pretty cool that they all recognize me & know my name to personally greet me each visit. I've been coming for almost 2 months & the pinching in my neck is no longer there. I like getting adjusted and the other exercises I do are pretty helpful.
I had popped my shoulder out of joint, and I thought it would heal on its own. I was wrong! So I started with Choice - getting adjusted, as well as electrical stimulation and proper exercises to strengthen the joint. Most if the pain was gone after a month, and was completely gone after a year. The docs are great people, along with the staff! I highly recommend Choice Chiropractic.
