Great first impression. Sales experience was simple with the correct guidance. Beautiful new facility with a large selection of inventory. Purchased a car with confidence
Vehicles battery was dead when purchased. I was told it was fairly new and just needed a charge so was charged up however I happen to be a master auto technician and when I inspected it at my shop i found the battery to be dated at over 8 years and the incorrect battery for the vehicle. Other than that i was assured the oil waa changed however the filter when inspected had a date written on it for july of 2013 and the vehicles tire monitor light was on and happened to be missing all 4 of its sensors.
