Took it to them to have my RV detailed but in the process of removing some rock guard,the paint came off the hood. It was very unfortunate but Mike made it right. He took the hood to a painter and made a perfect repair. He owned up to the mistake and made it right. That’s a rare thing these days.
I do not recommend this place. I went today to get my car detailed and they said the price was 140. When I came to pick it up i noticed that the car was still dirty I listed a few pictures but that is not close to everything i pointed out to the man about what was on the car still and he did not have an answer for me he said that cloth was hard to get out which I understand but in the past I have gotten the stains out myself with cheap Walmart items. Great experience
I’ve updated my review to a five star because, I brought my car back since they asked me to after my review and the job was definitely re-done to my satisfaction by the same person. He was super professional about it all, thank you for showing me the meaning of customer first. I will continue to recommend and definitely will be back.
The first time I went here the guy did a great job on the car but for some reason it was as if he lost his passion this time around. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the result. I’m not the type of person to make bad reviews because I have a business myself, but this was just wrong. I did tell him on the spot that I wasn’t comfortable with what was done but he had something to say, he told me I needed to come back another day to pay extra money to get my car cleaned.
