Very good Doctor listens to patients and does his homework
I have been a patient of Dr. Velasco and his Staff for several years now and I would recommend them to everyone. They have always addressed my concerns and when I have had insurance problems (which I still do) they continue to work with me to make sure I am seen as a self pay. My hat goes off to Dr Velasco and his Staff. Specifically Lisa, his assistant. She is a huge asset to the company. Sharice and Samantha who also both work in the office are also outstanding employees who go out of their way to help you when needed .
The nurse was amazing and listened to and asked questions about my concerns. The doctor was very personable with specific explanations. Me made me feel comfortable and heard. The receptionist made my appointment to my specific availability and was super sweet.
Very thorough in assessment. Great doctor. Also the nurses very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
