Choes hap ki do of Cumming has been so much more than just a great workout it's a team of real people that care and genuinely want to see you suceed. A great instructor here once told me that it's not just a fun way to get fit it's also about the mental therapy this awesome workout gives you.
5 months ago my son asked me to step out of my comfort zone and try a kickboxing class with him. Everyone at Choe's HapKiDo were very welcoming and friendly and I became hooked. Since I started kickboxing, I've lost several pounds and feel healthier than I have in a long time. The Instructors are very motivating and always encouraging, they know how to make a hard workout, "fun!"
My son, Gavin, has been going here for about 4 years now. Best decision ever. He has become more disciplined, motivated and well mannered. The instructors are very good with the kids. Gavin looks up to Instructor LoPresti so much! All of the instructors are awesome! I highly recommend taking your kids here. They even have adult classes, family classes and even kick boxing.
