Pay attention to your staff they were horrible. Will no longer be a client. The best one was lorien and that was at the end hearing my complaint.
We have been taking our puppy there for about three years now and have never ever had an issue. Until this morning when we dealt with a very unhelpful and down right rude associate. We loved going to see Dr Jennings as she was always so warm and caring, but her staff leaves something to be desired. Sadly we will no longer be using her services.
RecommendedDr.Jennings and her staff are the best, hands down! They always take the best care of our two cats. Anytime I have a question or need to get either of my cats in I can count on them! All of the staff are friendly, professional and care greatly for their patients as if they are their own. I highly recommend Choctaw Family Pet Care ❤
I moved to Choctaw and had to find a vet for my baby shih Tzu they are so wonderful even with this pandemic going on I feel very confident in the care that my baby received and that is so important! thank you for making my transition from vets super easy and awesome!!
I am taking a moral high ground here and state up until 27 March 2020, I have been nothing but pleased with this clinic. The staff are caring and Dr. Jennings is thorough and competent as well as loving to our pets. We have been going there for about 3 years and have had many of our pets cared for and they have done well and, again have been nothing but pleased and have appreciated their care. I came in today with a minor emergency with my little beagle, it was 25 minutes before they closed and the lady at the front desk turned me away. I completely understand it was close to closing, but I just wanted her looked at to see if it was serious or if I should take her to an emergency vet. Did not feel any compassion AT ALL...
