I have been going to Tess for a couple of years now and I love how she foils and cuts my hair. I trust her and just tell her to "surprise me", and I have not been disappointed yet.
What the actual phuck? My Italian wife with beautiful long black hair goes to this place and tells them what she wants and provides several a pictures. She comes home with 6 inches lopped off with a 90s Courtney Cox out of date style. She has spent the night depressed and crying. We have our boys being put up for a National Hero Award tomorrow in front of a very large audience and she doesn't even want to be seen in public. I support her in every way but my jaw dropped when I seen her new hair style. You suck!!!

I went in on Saturday and had scheduled to have my hair cut and colored.. well the stylist did a great job on my hair cut but 4 days later I’m losing the red highlights and they are now becoming blonde. Spent 200 for something that didn’t last and I have done everything that she said to take care of it. Will never have them do my hair again
