Terrible customer service! I placed an order online, and my card was charged $31.99 for my items. I then received notice, via the website, that my order was NOT placed; however, my credit card remained charged. It was a posted transaction, not a pending transaction. I spoke with the manager & even sent him a screenshot of the charge placed on my card. The gelato is AmAzInG! Beautiful chocolates and such a quaint atmosphere. You’ll feel like you have stepped back in time. So much character in this little shop!
I brought my daughters and one of their friends to Stams on Ingersoll for a sweet midday treat today. We each had a serving of the most perfect gelato and we had excellent service from Maddi� We are thankful that such fine chocolates and gelato are less than a block from our house!
Great chocolates, gelato and coffee. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And their beautiful patio is one of my favorite places to perform.
