Manicure. Was sent home and told nails were dry. Woke up in AM with smudged nails went back a decided to get a gel and asked for $15 off because thats what I paid for the manicure and they refused. Not friendly and do not stand behind their work
This USED to be an amazing salon however it changed management and staff; those of which are rude, very unwelcoming, insulting, and have nowhere near the quality/skill the prior staff did.Worse off, I was continually asked to try something with my nails which I didn't request and after asking questions about it, it was just more expensive (p.s. their prices are $12-$20 higher than the prior managements), as of two days later obviously doesn't last as long, and poor quality. I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The staff were friendly, professional, and took great care with my nails. The space was clean and relaxing, and the results were beautiful. I’ll definitely be coming back!
